Sheer Genius- Fun Window Treatment

When privacy isn't an issue, fun, barely-there sheers make a subtle statement. For this Roman shade treatment we used a textured scrim fabric and sugarcane poles. The control mechanism is made from heavy duty fishing line. Sugarcane poles are stacked at the top to create a valance.
